Blue Carbon
Blue Carbon — Certified RINA Aquaculture
The Project
Approximately 180.000 Blue Carbon Credits from an aquaculture project carried out in Italy. This type of credit stands out for its ability to sequester carbon in coastal aquatic ecosystems, among the most efficient in the world in terms of carbon storage.
Certification
The project is certified by RINA, an internationally significant certification body, ensuring full compliance with environmental verification and reporting standards.
Why Blue Carbon?
  • Sequestration up to 5× more efficient than terrestrial forests
  • Dual benefit: climate + marine biodiversity
  • Rare product with a high perceived market value
  • RINA certification: globally recognised standard
Under Development
Project BCR — Biochar Carbon Removal
The Project
A project is currently under development across more than 1,100 hectares of national woodland, aimed at generating BCR (Biochar Carbon Removal credits). Biochar is one of the carbon removal technologies recognised as a priority in deep decarbonisation pathways.
Why Biochar?
  • Permanent removal of CO₂ from the atmosphere
  • Technology recognised by the IPCC and international standards
  • Additional benefits for soils and forest biodiversity
  • Growing demand from operators with ambitious net-zero targets

The BCR project is currently in development. Interested buyers may express early interest to secure priority access to the credits once available.
Operating Procedure for the Purchase
The availability of the credits — both direct and in co-selling — is immediate. The transaction process is structured to ensure confidentiality, traceability and compliance with international standards. The operational phases are set out below.
The technical and certification documentation (PDD, LoA, CA, serial numbers, certifications and verification reports) is shared exclusively with the final buyer, subject to the submission of a complete and verified LOI. This procedure protects commercial confidentiality and ensures full compliance with the CORSIA programme.
Content of the Letter of Intent (LOI)
To formally initiate the purchase process, it is necessary to submit a formal Letter of Intent (LOI) containing the following essential elements. The LOI will be subject to verification before proceeding with the sharing of the certification documentation.
1
Requested Volume
Specify the number of carbon credits required, indicating whether this is a one-off purchase or a multi-year agreement.
2
Project of Interest
Indicate the type of credits of interest (Carbon Removal, CORSIA, Technological, Blue Carbon, BCR) and, where possible, the specific project.
3
Operating Terms
Describe the preferred transaction conditions: timings, method of certificate delivery and payment structure.

Confidentiality note: In accordance with operational procedures and carbon credit market standards, the technical documentation cannot be shared with intermediaries or brokers, but exclusively with the qualified final buyer.
Procedure Guarantees
The operational process adopted by Power Consulting Group has been designed to offer maximum protection to all parties involved in the transaction, in compliance with the most rigorous market standards.
Commercial Confidentiality
All sensitive documentation is accessible exclusively to the verified final buyer, protecting the proprietary information of the projects.
Credit Traceability
Each credit is identified by a unique serial number registered on certified international platforms (Gold Standard, Verra, RINA), ensuring full traceability.
International Compliance
The procedure guarantees full compliance with CORSIA/ICAO standards, ISO 14064 and Article 6 of the Paris Agreement, preventing double counting.
Pricing and Market Conditions
Price Definition
Pricing will be defined case by case according to three main variables: the type of project selected, the required volume and the market conditions at the time of the transaction.
Factors Influencing Pricing
  • Type of credit (Carbon Removal, CORSIA, Blue Carbon, BCR)
  • Presence of LoA and Corresponding Adjustment
  • Volumes purchased (tiered pricing for large lots)
  • Certification standard (Gold Standard, Verra, RINA)
  • Trend in the voluntary and mandatory market
